Updates in the Year of the Fire Horse
Kia ora friends, whānua, patients, and everyone else. The year of the snake definitely led me to shed some skin and make transitions. Personal transitions of note, moved house, moved to some new clinic spaces, and became a New Zealand resident! I am honoured to have joined the team at Consultancy House, and now have regular clinic hours in Palmerston, as well as set times for weekly community clinics in Waitati and Karitane. I have also been teaching a weekly Qi Gong class at Nu Yoga every Wednesday morning. As we adjust to the faster pace of the Fire Horse and observe the rapidly changing world around us, it’s a great time to reflect on whether now is a good time to jump on the horse and bound off across and towards the horizon, or pause, observe, and decide if a new direction and pace may be better for us. As for me, I am getting on my giddy up, and doing my best to hold and and move boldly, with intention.
